The cover of an old unit, the filter clip, a broken fin. Without it, the quote would become a new machine because of plastic.

Supports for walls that do not have the standard fitting, and adapters between an old and a new duct that were not made to match.

How we work.

Show the missing piece
A photograph and one measurement are enough for us to say whether it can be done. If you still have the broken piece, keep it. That is what the right measurements come off.

We design, you confirm
We redraw the part to the measurements of the place where it will fit. You see the drawing before anything is printed.

Print and prove
The part goes back on the equipment to see if it sits right. If it is a millimetre out, we correct the drawing and print another. That is what printing lets you do.
Questions we are often asked.
Plastic parts yes, as long as the original can be measured or the fitting worked out. Metal parts that carry load, no. Those get replaced.
It depends on the size. A small piece is printed in hours; a larger one may take a day. We tell you the deadline after seeing the part.
For lids, grilles, supports and finishes, yes. The material is chosen depending on whether the part receives sunlight, heat or humidity.
