Whoever pays for the night wants to change the controls. One unit per room, or a multi-split in which each indoor unit can be controlled independently, without touching the one next door.

Common areas count separately
Reception, corridors and breakfast room fill up at different times than the rooms. They are sized separately, not as an afterthought.

Silence at night is a requirement, not extra
In a room, the noise from the unit becomes a bad review. It is chosen for the sound level in the lowest mode, and the outdoor unit is located away from the sleeping windows.

Work floor by floor, without closing the property
It is done in wings or on floors, with that area not for sale and the other rooms being rented while it is installed.

Questions we are often asked.
