- The climate control goes in at the right point of the build.
First fix is done while the walls are still open: piping, condensate drain and capacity supply. Leave it to the end and you pay to open the walls a second time.
- It cleans the air.
The filter in the unit holds the dust a building job leaves behind, and the ventilation brings in fresh air from outside. In a newly finished flat, it is what takes the smell of the works away.

Hood, ducting, fan and fresh air, for restaurants, cafés and hotels. We also do Spiro and Climaver ducting, VRF and multi-split systems, and the ventilation for the project. Not sure which of the seven you need? Call us and we will tell you over the phone: 915 100 172
Maintenance on a fixed date.
When the equipment is not a home unit, maintenance cannot wait for someone to remember it. It runs on agreed dates, so it does not stop on the day it is needed most.
And above a certain amount of refrigerant it stops being a choice. The Regulamento (UE) 2024/573 requires the owner of the equipment to have it checked for leaks at least once a year above five tonnes of CO₂ equivalent, and only by a certified person. A home unit is normally below that limit. A commercial system passes it easily.
«During the installation, the entire staff was very careful and attentive. I highly recommend it.”

This is not a quote: the team confirms everything with you before there is a price.
Questions we are often asked.
We do. We hold an IMPIC licence and work under the main contractor, with the climate control package in our hands. We also take the job from scratch when the owner calls us directly.
Both. We do Spiro and Climaver ducting, VRF and multi-split systems, and the ventilation. In a building with many units it is usually VRF that solves it: one machine outside serving several indoor units.
We do. Piping, drainage and capacity go in while the walls are still open, and the equipment arrives at the end, when there is no longer any risk of damaging it.
We do. We price what is written in it, and we say where it does not add up when that is the case. The quote comes in writing, with a fixed price.
We do, and no two are the same. The contract has dates set in advance, so the unit does not fail on the day you need it most. What goes into it depends on the units you have and the hours they run, and it is agreed in the quote or over the phone. On a new build the contract is set up after handover, with whoever ends up owning the space.
