Yes, if the circuits are separated. It's a decision that is made before installing: with independent zones, the meeting room does not require the entire office to be connected.
In an office you choose the sound level and not just the capacity. The indoor unit is located away from the speaking stations and equipment that works low is chosen.
During the technical visit you see what can be done outside of working hours and what really requires you to stop. It is agreed before starting, so you know what to count on.
