How we work.

  1. Opening and cleaning

    When we arrive we open the unit up and look at the state of it inside. Filters, heat exchanger and drainage: what is dirty gets washed, what is blocked gets cleared.

  2. Measuring and testing

    With the unit running, we measure pressures and temperatures and check the electrical connections. This is where you catch what has not caused trouble yet.

  3. Telling you what we found

    At the end we tell you what was wrong and what was done. And we agree when we come back, depending on how much use the unit gets.

Yes. Dirty filters and less refrigerant force the machine to work harder to provide the same cooling. Cleaning and adjustment restore performance and avoid costly breakdowns.

Yes, even if we did not do the installation. At home, one service a year is enough, and for that you do not need any contract: call whenever you like and we will book it. In commercial premises we do a maintenance contract, and what the contract says depends on the units you have and the hours they run.

It takes longer to cool down than it used to, it smells bad in the first few minutes, it drips inside or makes a new noise. Any of these signs is time to check it out, and none of them get better on their own.

It depends on how many units there are and what condition they are in. The visit and the quote are free of charge, and the price is fixed before anything starts.

Yes. The equipment we supply and install carries a three-year warranty. After the job we are a phone call away for any questions that come up.
