Maintenance on a fixed date.
When the equipment is not a home unit, maintenance cannot wait for someone to remember it. It runs on agreed dates, so it does not stop on the day it is needed most.
And above a certain amount of refrigerant it stops being a choice. The Regulamento (UE) 2024/573 requires the owner of the equipment to have it checked for leaks at least once a year above five tonnes of CO₂ equivalent, and only by a certified person. A home unit is normally below that limit. A commercial system passes it easily.

Questions we are often asked.
Cooling down solves the heat, but it doesn't solve the stale air. In a room with people training it is also necessary to renew the air, and the two things are decided together.
Due to the occupancy at rush hour and the ceiling height, more than the area. A full class releases much more heat than the same room with half a dozen people.
It can, if the distribution is poorly thought out. The location and orientation of the units are chosen so that the air sweeps the room without reaching the people.
Get dirty. There is more dust in suspension and the equipment works longer hours, so maintenance is combined with shorter intervals than in an office.
We do, and no two are the same. The contract has dates set in advance, so the unit does not fail on the day you need it most. What goes into it depends on the units you have and the hours they run, and it is agreed in the quote or over the phone.
