    The waiting room fills up all at once while the consulting room holds one person, and even so the temperature is the same in both. The unit is chosen for how quiet it is, so it is not heard over someone speaking softly.

Maintenance on a fixed date.

When the equipment is not a home unit, maintenance cannot wait for someone to remember it. It runs on agreed dates, so it does not stop on the day it is needed most.

And above a certain amount of refrigerant it stops being a choice. The Regulamento (UE) 2024/573 requires the owner of the equipment to have it checked for leaks at least once a year above five tonnes of CO₂ equivalent, and only by a certified person. A home unit is normally below that limit. A commercial system passes it easily.

Questions we are often asked.

A consultation office is, in terms of air conditioning, an office with small rooms: what changes is the noise and air distribution, not the type of equipment.

Tell us what the project asks for and we will tell you whether it is a job for us. An operating theatre or a clean room needs high-efficiency filtration, controlled pressure between rooms and validation tests, and comes with a specialist design. Consulting rooms, waiting rooms, offices and administrative areas we do like any other job.

It shouldn't, and it's one of the first things to resolve. The unit is chosen and oriented to look at where the couch is, so that the air sweeps the room without falling on whoever is lying down.

During the technical visit, you can see what is done outside of consultation hours and what actually requires a room to be stopped. It is agreed before starting, so as not to cancel patients at the last minute.

We do, and no two are the same. The contract has dates set in advance, so the unit does not fail on the day you need it most. What goes into it depends on the units you have and the hours they run, and it is agreed in the quote or over the phone.
