Maintenance on a fixed date.
When the equipment is not a home unit, maintenance cannot wait for someone to remember it. It runs on agreed dates, so it does not stop on the day it is needed most.
And above a certain amount of refrigerant it stops being a choice. The Regulamento (UE) 2024/573 requires the owner of the equipment to have it checked for leaks at least once a year above five tonnes of CO₂ equivalent, and only by a certified person. A home unit is normally below that limit. A commercial system passes it easily.

Questions we are often asked.
No. In a warehouse, volume counts and not area: the ceiling height, the doors that open and the heat that rises and is trapped in the ceiling. The calculation is different, and so is the equipment.
It does, if all the heat stays on the ceiling, heating what no one uses. So the first question in an industrial building is what to do with the hot air that rises, and then how much capacity is needed.
Ventilating and air conditioning solve different problems: one renews the air, the other changes the temperature. At the visit we see which of the two the space needs. Often it is only one.
We do, under contract, and what the contract says depends on the client. Visits are preventive, so the equipment does not stop working when it is needed.
We do, and no two are the same. The contract has dates set in advance, so the unit does not fail on the day you need it most. What goes into it depends on the units you have and the hours they run, and it is agreed in the quote or over the phone.
